Yes, reservations are required to guarantee your spot. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially for weekend time slots which fill up quickly.
Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time are non-refundable.
Yes, you can book a private room experience even if your group doesn't fill all available spots. There is a minimum charge equivalent to 4 people for private bookings.
Our rooms focus on puzzles and mystery rather than fear. While some rooms have atmospheric lighting and sound effects, we don't use jump scares or horror elements.
